Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)

Issue:
Young people causing ASB in the area of Tower Park is a priority we have looked at previously. We implemented a plan to reduce it, unfortunately we have now seen a return of the behaviours which is disrupting people's enjoyment of this space
Planned action to tackle this issue:
- We will re-open the plan
- Identify young people causing ASB and work with BCP ASB Team
- We will ensure parents are sighted
- We will carry out engagement work
- We will set up alerts to understand the impact of our activity

- We have increased our patrols in this area
- We have highlighted identified individuals to BCP Youth ASB Team for escalation
- We have liaised with businesses
- We have set up reports to capture the calls for service

ASB and Shoplifting
Location:
Redland Retail Park
Issue:
A review of our hotspot data showed that there is work to be undertaken in this area to support businesses and prevent people from becoming victims of crime and ASB
Planned action to tackle this issue:
- We will dedicate PCSOs to be visible to the public
- We will engage with shops
- We will own investigations and hold those offending to account
- We will link in with our shoplifting team
- We will set up alerts to monitor our progress
