Drug Related Criminality.
Location:
Alleyway adjacent to Charminster Road
Issue:
Drug and associated criminality, leading to members of the public and local community feeling unsafe.
Planned action to tackle this issue:
• Multi-agency work as part of a holistic response
• Neighbourhood officers will regularly patrol the area and deal with offenders robustly

This is a new priority however we have already completed the following actions.
• Search Warrant in Charminster targeting drug supply.
• Regular Hot Spot policing patrols in Charminster Rd.

Anti-social behaviour
Location:
In the vicinity of Lidl Winton High Street.
Issue:
Shoplifting offenders and beggars causing alarm to members of the public
Planned action to tackle this issue:
• Neighbourhood officers will regularly patrol the area and deal with offenders robustly
• The Neighbourhood Policing Team will work closely with the local authority’s anti-social behaviour team regarding enforcement

July Update:
This is a new priority however we have already completed the following actions.
• Partial closure order granted in local property which will prevent offenders using the property and causing anti-social behaviour.
• Regular Hot Spot policing patrols in Wimborne Rd.
• Neighbourhood policing assisting retail crime team to bring shoplifting offenders to justice.
