The Women Inspire Network (WIN) is a supportive staff network that aims to empower, connect and champion women across the organisation, creating a space where colleagues can share experiences, raise issues and help drive positive change.
Volunteers play a key role in supporting the smooth running and development of the network. This includes monitoring and responding to the WIN email inbox, helping to coordinate meetings by preparing agendas and maintaining clear action logs and providing general administrative support to ensure the network remains organised and responsive.
Volunteers will also contribute to reviewing existing policies, including maternity policies, and support the development of practical guidance for first line managers to help them better support colleagues before, during and after maternity leave. Through this work, volunteers help ensure WIN continues to be a proactive and influential network that supports inclusion, wellbeing and professional development.
