Car aerials recovered after boys arrested in Weymouth

Police arrested three teenage boys on suspicion of causing criminal damage to vehicles in Weymouth.

Between 11pm and midnight on Saturday 5 November 2011, police received reports from members of the public that damage was being caused to cars along Franklin Road, Longcroft Road and Pottery Lane.

The boys, all aged 16, were arrested and released on bail while police enquiries continue.

Police have recovered 38 car aerials.

Anyone who believes that their car aerial may have been taken from the Franklin Road, Longcroft Road and Pottery Lane area on Saturday 5 November is urged to contact Dorset Police on 101.
