Witness appeal following criminal damage near Sherborne

Officers investigating criminal damage to a car near Sherborne are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

At approximately 12.40am on Saturday 14 September 2019 a silver Ford Fiesta was damaged on Hill View in Bishop’s Caundle.

The rear windscreen and two other windows were smashed.

Police Constable Simon Rogers, of Sherborne police, said: “The damage caused to the car is going to cost the victim over £400 to repair.

“I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the criminal damage, or may have seen any suspicious activity in the area at the relevant time, to please get in touch.”
