Officers are searching for a missing Bournemouth man and are asking the public to help finding him.
Jaroslaw Sajur, who is 35 years old, was last seen at his home in Wellington Road at around 9pm on Thursday 2 May 2019. It is believed that he left the address at some point before 11pm.
Jaroslaw did not return home and during the evening of Friday 3 May 2019 somebody returned his jacket and bag to his home address as the items had been found on the beach at the East Cliff zig zag. He was then reported missing to police.
He is described as white, about five feet ten inches tall and of medium build. He has dark hair with a long fringe and short at the back and a beard and is wearing a T-shirt, jeans and yellow footwear.
Chief Inspector Rob Chalkley, of Dorset Police, said: “We have a confirmed sighting of Jaroslaw in the late hours of Thursday 2 May 2019 at East Cliff. He was there with his bicycle, which has now been located.
“We are working with HM Coastguard, who have primacy for searching as he was last seen near to the waterline.
“We are hoping that somebody saw Jaroslaw in the area during that evening and can tell us what happened to him.”
Anyone with information or knowledge as to Jaroslaw's whereabouts is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 101, quoting incident number 3:501.
