Detectives investigating a robbery in Bournemouth are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.
The incident occurred between 12.50pm and 1.30pm on Wednesday 12 September 2018 in a wooded area of Meyrick Park, near to the golf course.
It was reported that the victim, a man aged in his 60s, had been punched to the face by another man, who had then taken his wallet that contained £95 in cash.
A passer-by came to the aid of the victim, who lost four teeth as a result of the assault.
The offender is described as white, five feet ten inches tall and of medium build with short black hair.
Detective Constable Zach Dredge, of Bournemouth CID, said: “We have been carrying out enquiries into this incident and I am appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to contact us.
“I am also keen to speak to the man who came to the aid of the victim, who has not yet been identified.”
