Witness appeal following assault in Bournemouth

Detectives are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward following an assault in Bournemouth.

At 12.35am on Tuesday 12 December 2017 it was reported that three men and one woman had entered an address in Lowther Gardens assaulted a man.

The offenders left the property and got into a black vehicle before leaving the area.

The victim, a man aged in his 50s and from Bournemouth, sustained facial injuries and a fractured neck. 

Detective Constable Matt Bradley, of Bournemouth CID, said: “The victim sustained serious injuries and requires surgery as a result of the assault.

“We have carried out a number of enquiries so far, including house to house and CCTV.

“I am appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time and saw or heard anything suspicious to please get in touch.”
