A woman who has breached the conditions of her licence is being sought by officers.

Rebecca Mary Lings, 28, was released from prison on Friday 25 August 2017 after serving a prison sentence for possession of an offensive weapon and theft.

She has since breached the terms of her licence and a recall notice was issued on Friday 31 August 2017.

Detective Sergeant Paul Auger, of Dorset Police, said: “Enquiries are underway to find Lings and I am issuing this appeal in the hope that someone may know where she is.

“While we have no information to suggest that she presents a direct risk to members of the public, I would urge anyone who sees Rebecca Lings not to approach her but to immediately contact Dorset Police on 999.”

If you see Rebecca Lings you should dial 999 immediately. Anyone else with other information should call 101, quoting occurrence number 55170141815 or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555 111.
