Update: Man arrested after designer sunglasses allegedly stolen in Poole shop burglary

Detectives investigating reports of a burglary at a Poole opticians have arrested a man.

An investigation was launched after almost 150 designer sunglasses were reported to have been stolen during a burglary at Whiffen Opticians on Bournemouth Road in Ashley Cross overnight between Sunday 26 March and Monday 27 March 2017.

The designer sunglasses taken include Ray Ban, Prada, Versace and Miu Miu.

A 41-year-old Bournemouth man has now been arrested on suspicion of burglary and has been released under investigation.
