Appeal after designer sunglasses stolen in Poole shop burglary

Detectives are appealing for information after almost 150 designer sunglasses were stolen during a burglary at a Poole opticians.

The incident happened overnight between Sunday 26 March and Monday 27 March 2017 at Whiffen Opticians on Bournemouth Road in Ashley Cross.

The designer sunglasses taken included Ray Ban, Prada, Versace and Miu Miu.

Detective Constable Christian Bryant, of Bournemouth CID, said: "I am appealing to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious on the night of the offence to please come forward.

"I would also like to speak with anyone who has any information about the sale of designer sunglasses in suspicious circumstances."
