Appeal after serious assault in Bournemouth

Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information after a man was stabbed in Bournemouth.

The incident happened at around 9.05pm on Monday 14 November 2016 at an address on Pembroke Road following an altercation between the victim and two other men.

The victim - a local man aged in his 40s - suffered a leg injury that is not believed to be life-threatening. He was taken to hospital for treatment.

No arrests have been made.

Chief Inspector Bob Acaster, of Dorset Police, said: "I am appealing to anyone who saw two men acting suspiciously around the time of the incident or have any information that can assist with the investigation to contact police."
