Update in relation to reported disturbance in Poole

A man arrested on suspicion of assault and affray following a reported disturbance in Poole will face no further police action in relation to the incident.

Dorset Police received a report at 4.47am on Friday 28 August 2020 of a disturbance in the area of Warren Road.

Officers attended and it was reported that a number of men had been involved in an altercation and one was believed to have sustained injuries, but they had all left the scene.

There have been no further reports relating to anyone who had sustained injuries during the incident and no injured parties have been identified.

A 26-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of assault and affray has been released without charge in relation to the incident.
