Criminal damage to cars in Sturminster Newton – witness appeal

Officers in North Dorset are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward following a spate of criminal damage to a number of vehicles in the Sturminster Newton area.

The incidents happened overnight between Saturday 9 July and Sunday 10 July 2016 along Honeymead Lane.

A total of five vehicles sustained damage to wing mirrors and windscreen wipers.

Police Constable Glen Caddy, of North Dorset police, said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious at the time in the relevant area to contact me.

“I would also urge anyone who had their vehicles damaged in the vicinity on Saturday night and has not yet reported it, to get in touch.”
