The number of racism allegations made against officers in your force from January 1, 2014 to February 14, 2019. Can I get these figures broken down per month per calendar year.

How many of the complaints were lodged by colleagues and how many by members of the public?

How many of those officers were investigated for racist behaviour? And what are the ranks of each officer?

What was the outcome of the investigations - were any sacked for misconduct, or formally disciplined? How many of the allegations were unfounded?

  1. How many (a) police officers and (b) police staff were disciplined in the last two calendar years (2017 and 2018) for improper/illegal or inappropriate use of the PNC/Force intelligence data systems?
  1. How many related to (i) vehicle data, (ii) personal data or (iii) other data breaches?

Please provide for each incident a brief description, which should include

(i) the month of the incident

(ii) the nature of the offence or breach of force policy

(iii) if the person was an officer or a member or civilian staff

Disciplinary Action
1. Within this same 10 year period, how many complaints of sexual harassment resulted in some form of disciplinary action?

2. Within this same 10 year period, how many complaints of workplace bullying resulted in some form of disciplinary action?

Within this same 10 year period, how many complaints of racism resulted in some form of disciplinary action?

Within this same 10 year period, how many complaints regarding religious discrimination resulted in some form of disciplinary action?

For any of the above, where disciplinary action was taken may you please detail what action was taken and when i.e there were 35 allegations of racism made in 2017, 5 of these complaints were upheld resulting in the accused being suspended without pay

I would be grateful if you will kindly provide copy of the legislation that empowers your Constabulary to extend to those of its officers it suspects of carrying out a criminal offence the option of early retirement over criminal investigation.

  5. Of the officers who have been suspended from duty and are receiving full or partial pay, the number of officers broken down by reason for their suspension. This should be categorised in whatever way your force groups such disciplinary matters (for example, disorderly conduct, sexual harassment). This data should be provided for each of the last five calendar years (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018).
