  1. Of this number I want to know how many were 1. prosecuted and 2. convicted in each of the last three years [2019, 2018 and 2017]?
  2. Of those convicted how many lost their jobs and who were they [full name, age, rank and responsibility]?

  1. How many (a) police officers and (b) police staff were disciplined in the last calendar year (2019) for improper/illegal or inappropriate use of the PNC/Force intelligence data systems?
  2. How many related to (i) vehicle data, (ii) personal data or (iii) other data breaches?

Please provide for each incident a brief description, which should include

(i) the month of the incident

(ii) the nature of the offence or breach of force policy

(iii) if the person was an officer or a member or civilian staff

(iv) how the matter was resolved, i.e. written warning, sacked etc.

For each of the past five calendar years (2015, 2016, 2017 2018, 2019) can you tell me:

:: 1) For each of the last five years up to the date of this request, the number of incidents where there has been a negligent discharge of a police-issue firearm in your force. To be clear, by "negligent discharge" I mean any incident where a police-issue firearm has been fired when it should not have been or when it was not intended to do so.

:: 2) Where possible, please provide brief details of the circumstances of that discharge - ie, description of the weapon, the location, whether during training or operational circumstances, whether it resulted in any injury.

:: 3) For each of the last five years, the number of incidents where there has been a failure by a member of your force to maintain proper possession of a police-issue firearm. To be clear, by "failure to maintain proper possession" I mean any incident where a police-issue firearm has been left unattended by an officer or otherwise not been in the full possession of an officer when it should have been.

:: 4) Where possible, please provide brief details of the circumstances of each incident of this nature - ie description of the weapon, location, whether during training or operational circumstances.

:: 5) For questions 1 and 3, please indicate whether any incidents resulted in disciplinary action and the result of that disciplinary action.

The Alliance Vetting Department have provided the following information:

 The total number of police officers disciplined for conduct on social media from January 1, 2016 to April 10, 2020?

And the total number of complaints regarding their conduct over that period?

And what social media sites were they on?

Also, what were the offences? What kind of things did they write/post?

Were the disciplinaries in relation to their personal accounts or officer-run profiles such as roads policing unit accounts?
