Cyber Crime Engagement Surveys

In order to improve the services we provide as part of our Cyber PROTECT work, we welcome your thoughts and feedback. To that end, if you've recently attended one of our Cyber Awareness sessions, we would like to ask that you take a few minutes to complete one of the surveys detailed below. 


Please read the descriptions below, and choose the survey that you feel best suits you. Within the descriptions, there are clickable links that will take you to a Smart Survey page. You can read the small print associated with the surveys towards the bottom of this page. 

Surveys:

This survey is intended for anyone who has attended a cyber awareness session as an individual, or as part of a community group, club, society or other organisation.

It is also intended for use by employees who do not have responsibility for cyber security or information technology within their organisation, and are not responsible for making decisions, implementing policies, or setting budgets related to cyber.

This survey is intended for anyone who has responsibility for Cyber Security or Information Technology within their organisation. It is also suitable for anyone who is responsible for setting budgets, implementing policies, or otherwise making decisions relating to cyber security within an organisation. 

If you are a sole trader or SME, and do not have a dedicated Cyber Security or IT team, this survey is also suitable for you.

Whilst the surveys do not require any personal information to be submitted, we think it's only fair that you know what happens with the information you provide. 

The below is taken from the Cyber Engagement Surveys hosted on Smart Survey. These are created by the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau, who manage any information that is submitted. 


Survey Consent and data information
To improve the products and services provided by Cyber PROTECT Officers from all Regional Organised Crime Units (ROCU’s) and Police Forces across the UK we welcome your responses and feedback. To support this we request that you complete the survey provided. This Information will be managed by the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau’s (NFIB) Cyber PROTECT team. What will we do with this information?: All data will be managed by the NFIB’s Cyber PROTECT team. They will use this information to enhance products and services provided and to support performance reporting. Who will this be shared with?: Data will be shared with law enforcement agencies and government departments (such as the Home Office) to support performance reporting and enhance products and services which they provide. What platform will my data be stored on?: All survey response will be recorded onto Smart Survey.
