Which role or team have responsibility for reviewing missing people? (please specify).
An Inspector is responsible for reviewing missing people. Once reported to Police the missing investigation and risk is reviewed. It is then reviewed again by a local Inspector after 6 hours. Then it is reviewed 3 times a day by an Inspector. The force has a dedicated missing person unit.

See above. All risk factors are considered, such as time missing alongside other impact factors such as vulnerability amongst many other things.
