The Performance & Analysis Department have provided the following information:
To obtain crimes relating to a chemist or pharmacy, we have filtered the crimes to pull data where the occurrence address has been selected as a Pharmacy in the location subtype, or where the Occurrence address matches the pattern of %Chemist% or %Pharmacy%.
Please note that chemists / pharmacies might be located within larger shops, so offences might be connected to the larger premises
1. The total number of crimes that occurred at premises registered as a pharmacy (which may be termed as a “chemist” in location codes) between January 1 and December 31 2021
2. How many assaults or violent crimes including arson were committed at a registered pharmacy between January 1 and December 31 2021?
