Freedom of Information Act request number: 2022-074
Version date: 07/02/2022
The Performance & Analysis Department have provided the following information:
Can you provide any data regarding if /how many reports were received between January 2021 to December 2021 in relation to the COVID-19 vaccine and allegations it may be causing injury, harm and/or death.
And if any/how many of these reports have led the start of a criminal investigation.
For this request we have searched on the date parameters requested on both Niche Crime and STORM incidents and can advise that we reviewed each incident/occurrence to see if the results were relevant to this request
Whilst there have been some reports of anti-vaccine protests and stickers there have been no allegations to the Police that the vaccine has caused injury or death.
