1. The total number of reports of Abuse of Position for a Sexual Purpose submitted to your force between 01/01/2019 and 31/12/2021 inclusive.
Between 01/01/2019 – 31/12/2021 there have been 6 misconduct cases recorded that included an allegation of abuse of position for sexual purpose
2. The number of reports of Abuse of Position for a Sexual Purpose submitted to your force between 01/01/2019 and 31/12/2021 inclusive that were made by members of the public.
2 out of the 6 cases had victims who were members of the public
3. The number of reports of Abuse of Position for a Sexual Purpose submitted to your force between 01/01/2019 and 31/12/2021 inclusive that were made by police officers and staff.
3 out of the 6 cases had victims who were members of the workforce. 1 case had victims that were members of the public and members of the force
4. All misconduct hearing outcomes for your force for the periods 01/01/2019 to 13/01/2020 and 04/11/2021 to 31/12/2021 inclusive (I see outcomes for 14/01/2020 to 03/11/2021 are available on your website, but it is unclear whether this data is complete for the period 01/01/2019 to 31/12/2021).

6. Whether your force's policy on Abuse of Position for a Sexual Purpose has been revised following the sentencing of former police officer Wayne Couzens.
Abuse of position for sexual purpose has always been a priority for the Force but it doesn’t have a specific policy of its own and is instead covered in a number of other areas. As such we haven’t revised our Abuse of position for sexual purpose policy following the Couzens sentencing
