Search 1 – Searched for HO codes 088/05 (Administer substance with intent to stupefy / overpower to allow sexual activity (recordable)) & 024/01 (Administer drug to woman to obtain intercourse (recordable)) where the victim/offender relationship is "Spouse/cohabitee/partner" – this was a Nil return.
Search 2 – Searched for Sexual assaults and rapes where the victim/offender relationship is "Spouse/cohabitee/partner", extracted all linked occurrences and cross referenced these with our drink spiking database to determine if any of these sexual assaults were linked to a drink spiking occurrence. – this was a Nil return.
Search 3 Niche Custody – Searched for arrest codes of SX56004 - Administer drug to woman to obtain intercourse (recordable) OR SX03123 - Administer substance with intent to stupefy / overpower to allow sexual activity (recordable). Custody does
not hold victim/offender relationships so the arrest occurrences have been extracted to determine relationship.
regarding drug-facilitated sexual assault (DFSA) committed by an intimate partner for the period 1st January 2015 to 31st December 2025. I am seeking statistical data only and am not requesting any personally identifiable information about victims, suspects, or offenders.

How many offences were recorded each year (2015–2025) where a victim was allegedly drugged or had a substance administered without their consent by an intimate partner (spouse, cohabiting partner, or boyfriend/girlfriend), and a sexual offence was subsequently committed against them while incapacitated? Please include data regardless of how the investigation originated- whether victim-reported, arising from third parties, device seizures, platform referrals, or where police identified and approached the victim directly.
The table below covers arrests made for SX56004 - Administer drug to woman to obtain intercourse (recordable); Or SX03123 - Administer substance with intent to stupefy / overpower to allow sexual activity (recordable) where the arrest occurrence has the victim/offender relationship recorded as "Spouse/cohabitee/partner".
