The Alliance People Department has provided the following information:

Please note that as the start of the PEQF routes was September 2019 in Dorset, all data for 2019 would be for the partial year. Please also note that Dorset data was moved to Unit4 in December 2015, so the accuracy of anything prior to this is not guaranteed

Please provide the following information for the five-year period immediately preceding the introduction of the Police Education Qualifications Framework (PEQF):
1)         The total number of police officers recruited in each year.

2)         The number of those officers who successfully completed their probationary period.

3)         The number of those officers who remain serving in the rank of Police Constable.
Pleae note, the table below excludes those officers whare are still serving in the Force but have been promoted.

4)         For officers recruited during this period who are no longer serving, please provide:
o          The number who left voluntarily (resignation).
o          The number who were dismissed.
o          Any other recorded reasons for leaving, with the number of officers in each category.
Where possible, please provide the data broken down by recruitment year and officer entry route.
