The Alliance People Department has provided the following information:

Data Limitations/Caveats:

We are unable to confirm how many officers actually received medals or if they were received in the relevant year or later. This is due to ordering restrictions with the Royal mint following the death of Her Majesty the Queen, which resulted in the Force not being able to submit order request for a considerable period of time.

1. For each of the calendar years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, please provide the number of officers who were presented with a Medal for Long Service and Good Conduct at 20 years’ service.
   2021 – 73
   2022 – 78
   2023 – 68
   2024 – 63
   2025 – 50
   
   
2. For each of the calendar years 2023, 2024 and 2025, please provide the number of officers recognised for serving (i) 30 years and (ii) 40 years.
   (i) 30 years:
   2023 – 11
   2024 – 10
   2025 – 7
   
   (ii) 40 years
   We did not issue any police officers with a 40 years’ service award during the period specified..
   
   

Clarification: I seek information on the number of officers in each of the specified years, who qualified by service for the medal or clasp.

Further clarification: No, I do not want Specials and staff included.
