Please provide the following information:
- How many officers failed their fitness test in the past year (June 2025-May 2026)?
Between June 2025 and May 2026, 26 officers failed their fitness tests to their job specific level. 20 of those failed to meet the basic role level of 5.4 as outlined by Dorset Police.
Please detail support offered to officers who fail fitness tests? Are weight-loss jabs like Wegovy, Mounjaro, Ozempic etc used?
Weight loss jabs are not suggested by Dorset Police to those failing the fitness tests.
