Version Date: 08/07/2026
The Dorset Call Management & Communications Department and the Performance Analysis Department have provided the following information:
For years 2024/25 and 2025/26 please provide the following:
1) List the structure of priority grading and target response times assigned to 999 calls
Please note that the following examples are for illustration only. All grading decisions should be based upon THRIVE-SP (Threat, Harm, Risk, Investigation, Vulnerability, Engagement, Crime Scene Preservation and Crime Prevention) or the relevant risk assessment.
2) List the total number of incidents allocated to each priority grade.
The following data has been extracted from the incident database, Storm:

3) For each priority grade, list the total number of initial 999 calls which resulted in the allocation of a Non-Crime Hate Incident after investigation
For questions 3 and 4, data has been extracted from STORM for incidents that have the “Received via” recorded as “999”. Data was also extracted for all hate crimes and non-crime hate incidents from Niche and cross referenced the datasets using the Niche Occurrence number to see if any incidents led to the creation of a hate related occurrence.
