Under Freedom of Information since the introduction of Clare's Law please provide the number of instances when police provided disclosure on (i) on request and (ii) voluntarily out of concern for safety, per calendar year ending 31 December 2025.

Please note the following:

• The data is a snapshot as at 2 February 2026. The data is subject to change due to pending requests that are awaiting a decision.
• We have taken question (i) to mean ‘Right to Ask’ requests, and (ii) to mean ‘Right to Know’ requests.
• Despite the force receiving Clare’s Law requests since 2014, whether disclosures have been made or not is only held from 2016 onwards.
