- In total, how many arrests have been made under the Vagrancy Act since 21 June 2024?
2. Please provide figures as a monthly breakdown and clarify how many arrests were made under each offence code for each month (e.g. 182/00, 183/00, 185/01, 188/05).
The Performance Analysis Department has provided the following information:
We do not record arrests by Act, therefore, searches have been completed in Niche Custody Universe for arrests with the HO codes requested.
This has resulted in 2 arrests since 21st June 2024, both under HO code 185/01 (Vagrant - being found in or upon enclosed premises (recordable)).
These arrests occurred in August 2024 and June 2025.
