We have an overarching hate crime policy which covers reported crimes against transgender people.
No information held.
Please perform a search on your Crime Recording System for all substantiated crimes recorded between 01/01/2014 and 31/12/2021 where the hate tags of 'Transphobic' and 'Gender Identity - Trans' have been applied. When searching for prosecution data, please search for individuals charged or summoned for an anti-trans hate offence.
