The Central Ticket Office have provided the following information.
Such offence data is weeded after 6 years and so no data older than 2019 is held

Dorset Police issue paper Traffic Offence Reports (TOR’s) or submit Digital Traffic Offence Reports (PRONTO) which result in HORT1, VDRS, Education, Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty or Court.
The data therefore identifies the number of TORs processed at the Central Ticket Office where the outcome is one of Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty or Court.
2. How many incidents and warnings under the Children and Families Act 2014 for smoking in a private vehicle with children (under 18 years old) present has your force identified?
The Performance & Analysis Department searched the old incidents database and current STORM incident database between 1st January 2015 and 31st December 2024
They searched the keywords in the incident description for ‘smoking in a vehicle’ and ‘children and families act 2014’. This was a nil return.
Please return data broken down and split annually from 1st January 2015 to 31st December 2024.
