The Performance Analysis Department have provided the following information.

As the Force does not record crimes by Act, searches were completed on Niche from 21/05/2015, which is when Niche was implemented, to 31/01/2025 for HO code 196/07 which covers the below offences:

• Send by public communication network an offensive / indecent / obscene / menacing message / matter
• Cause to be sent by public communication network an offensive / indecent / obscene / menacing message / matter
• Send false message by public electronic communication network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety
• Cause to be sent by public communication network a false message to cause annoyance / inconvenience / anxiety
• Persistently make use of public communication network to cause annoyance / inconvenience / anxiety
• Send false message by public electronic network cause annoyance etc - offender under 16 - PILOT FORCES ONLY

In relation to the outcome of charges, the Force does not record this information. This information will be held by the courts.
