The Professional Standards Department has provided the following information.
How many Chief Officers (ACC/Commissioner and above) are currently subject to misconduct allegations? Could this be broken down in rank/ grade? Or gender/BAME?
If you have the detail, what is the misconduct for?
Also, can you detail any misconduct involving Chief Officers in the last 5 years? What was the misconduct for? And how many of these resulted in disciplinary action?
Checks were carried out for all conduct cases recorded between the 01/04/2020 to 31/03/2025, involving any Police Officer of the rank of Chief Constable (CC), Deputy Chief Constable (DCC) or Assistant Chief Constable (ACC).
Dorset Police has no Chief Officers who are currently subject to misconduct allegations.
Dorset Police has not recorded any conduct matters involving Chief Officers in the last 5 years.
