In 2024, how many Fixed Penalties or Prosecutions were issued by your force for:
* Cycling on a footpath or causeway by the side of any road made or set apart for the use or accommodation of foot passengers
* Crossing a stop line when traffic lights are on red
* Failing to stop at a stop line on a road junction
* Cycling without appropriate lights between sunset and sunrise
* Cycling without reflectors between sunset and sunrise
* Cycling without legal brakes
* Cycling while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

The Road Safety Team have provided the following information.
Please note that Dorset Police issue paper Traffic Offence Reports (TOR’s) or submit Digital Traffic Offence Reports (PRONTO) which result in HORT1, VDRS, EDUCATION, CONDITIONAL OFFER OF FIXED PENALTY or COURT.
The data therefore identifies the number of TORs / PRONTO processed at the Central Ticket Office where the outcome is one of CONDITIONAL OFFER OF FIXED PENALTY.
