Crimes mentioning mopeds with L plates

The Performance Analysis Department have provided the following information.
Performance Analysis (PA) have searched using the Niche Crime Universe via Business Objects all occurrences which contain the words ‘moped’ and ‘L plate’ or ‘learner’. Please note, data below is solely indicative of the presence of keywords within the OEL entry text and/or Occurrence Summary.
The first table answers both questions 1 & 2.
For question 2 part ii, I attach the table below which PA have filtered to those occurrences containing ‘stolen’ or ‘involved in crime’ or ‘involved in offence’ within the vehicle link classification. Please note that this data does include duplicates, some are where multiple vehicles are involved and some where there are multiple offences per occurrences. The first table is reflective of just unique occurrence numbers, whereas the second table is including multiple offences/vehicles etc.
Question 1: Please provide the number of crime or incident reports recorded by your force in which mopeds with L plates are specifically mentioned, for each of the past five calendar years, please provide the years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
