The Performance Analysis Department have provided the following information.

Searches were completed on Niche for the following HO codes: 092/21, 9221, 093/21, 092/26, 093/26.

All returned data has the 092/21 (Concerned in production of a controlled drug of Class B - cannabis (recordable)) code.

As there is no recording criteria for a cannabis “farm”, the returned data was reviewed to determine if it was a farm/factory based on the size of the seizure, any cultivating equipment present, and if there was any intent to supply mentioned.
