Suspected Victim Suicides

I’d like to alter this request please so as to avoid searching generally through deaths in this timeframe,

1.         Please can you narrow your results to provide figures only for Suspected VICTIM Suicides as logged and collected for the VKPP and NPCC’s yearly Domestic Homicide Project report (which collects cases of Domestic Homicides and Suspected VICTIM suicides in cases of domestic abuse) only.

Please give me annual figures for the last three years (March 2021 till most recent available date)

a)         Of these deaths, please can you tell me their initial classification within the terms of -

                • Unexpected death - investigated and non-suspicious
                • Unexpected death - under investigation
                • Homicide

The Major Crime Investigation Team have provided the following information.

• 2021/2022 – 1 (Initial classification: X Death – sudden adult).
• 2022/2023 – 0
• 2023/2024 – 2 (Initial classification for both: X Death – sudden unexplained adult).
• 2024/2025 – 1 (Initial classification: X Death – sudden unexplained adult)
