BETWEEN APRIL 2022 AND APRIL 2024, HOW MANY CODE 17 OUTCOMES THERE WERE IN Dorset POLICE IN RELATION TO SECTION 2A STALKING CHARGES.
FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES I WANT TO ESTABLISH HOW MANY STALKING PROSECUTIONS RESULTED IN NO FURTHER ACTION BECAUSE THE 6 MONTH TIME LIMIT FOR A SECTION 2A STALKING CHARGE HAS EXPIRED
The Performance Analysis Department have provided the following information.
Searches were completed on Niche between 01/04/2022 – 30/04/2024 using filters to show the following:
- Breach of stalking order/interim stalking order (recordable)
- Fail to notify police of notification requirements within 3 days of service of stalking order/interim stalking order (recordable).
- Racially/religiously aggravated stalking involving fear of violence (recordable).
- Racially/religiously aggravated stalking involving serious alarm/distress (recordable).
- Racially/religiously aggravated stalking without fear/alarm/distress (recordable)
- Stalking
- Stalking involving fear of violence (recordable).
- Stalking involving serious alarm/distress (recordable)
- Stalking without fear/alarm/distress (recordable)
Filters were also used to show the following HO codes:
- 008/56
- 008/58
- 8L01
- 195/12
- 008/65
- 008/66
- 008/74
