The Legal Department and Performance Analysis Department have provided the following information.
The Performance Analysis Department have searched the Niche Custody system for arrests data using the following offence codes:
- PH97006
- PH97007
- PH97008
- PH97010
- PH97011
The reports of stalking and breaches data have been gathered from the Niche Crime system by searching for crimsec 3 groups “8Q” & “8M” for the reports of stalking, then filtering on HO Stats code 008/74 to determine the breaches.
Please note that the data below covers 01/01/2024 – 17/09/2024.
Please can you answer the following questions for 2024 only and let me know the latest date the data covers:
1. How many Stalking Prevention Orders were issued?

I would appreciate if you could group the SPOs issued by the age groups <18, 18-64, and >64.
