The Performance Analysis Department have provided the following information.
The data was obtained from Niche by searching for arrests with the ‘reason for arrest’ field containing ‘harassment’ or ‘stalking’.
To answer question 2, the data from Niche was cross referenced to see if there was a previous arrest for a stalking/harassment related crime and whether this was prior to the date in Q1.
