The Performance Analysis Department have provided the following information.

Searches were completed on the Niche Custody database for the following disposals:

  • Released Under Investigation
  • CU – Released Under Investigation
  • VA – Released Under Investigation
  • Released from Bail Under Investigation
  • CU – Released from Bail Under Investigation
  • VA – Released Under Investigation
  • EAR – Released from Bail Under Investigation

In order to see which of these were current, Performance & Analysis cross referenced the Custody record numbers with other disposals linked to the record to determine the most recent based on the disposal date field.
