I would like to request any misconduct hearings held on civilian staff between July 2023 and January 2024. I would like to receive the date the hearing was held, the reason behind the misconduct and what the result was.

The HR Operations Department have provided the following information.

1. Hearing Date: 23/01/2024

Reason: Gross Misconduct – breach of Standards of Professional Behaviour namely Honesty & Integrity, Authority, Respect & Courtesy and Discreditable Conduct

Outcome: Final Written Warning

 

2. Hearing Date: 23/01/2024

Reason: Misconduct - breach of Standards of Professional Behaviour namely Authority, Respect & Courtesy and Discreditable Conduct

Outcome: Written Warning

 

3. Hearing Date: 15/01/2024

Reason: Gross Misconduct – breach of Standards of Professional Behaviour namely Authority, Respect & Courtesy and Discreditable Conduct

Outcome: Final Written Warning

 

4. Hearing Date: 09/11/2023

Reason: Gross Misconduct – breach of Standards of Professional Behaviour namely Honest & Integrity, Discreditable Conduct and Work & Responsibilities

Outcome: Dismissed at Post-Employment Hearing

 

5. Hearing Date: 02/11/2023

Reason: Gross Misconduct – breach of Standards of Professional Behaviour namely Discreditable Conduct

Outcome: 2 outcomes relating to 2 allegations; 1 – Written Warning; 2 – No case to answer

 

6. Hearing date: 11/10/2023,

Reason: Misconduct – breach of Standards of Professional Behaviour namely Honesty & Integrity, Work & Responsibilities, Instructions and Authority, Respect & Courtesy

Outcome: Final Written Warning

 

7. Hearing date: 06/09/2023

Reason: Gross Misconduct – breach of Standards of Professional Behaviour namely Work & Responsibilities, Discreditable Conduct and Honesty & Integrity

Outcome: Dismissed at Post-Employment Hearing

 

8. Hearing date: 04/09/2023

Reason: Misconduct – breach of Standards of Professional Behaviour namely Authority, Respect & Courtesy, Instructions, Work & Responsibilities and Equality & Diversity

Outcome: First Written Warning
