The Performance & Analysis Department have provided the following information.
- Your force's incident response targets in minutes for each grade of 999 call and what potential crimes each grade includes, where incident response is the attendance of police officers following a 999 call.

Due to the implementation of a new Command & Control system in Oct 2020 information prior to 2021 is no longer available.
Note:- there was a revision of grading processes in Jan 2022, hence the figures for Grade 2 and Grade 3 calls for 2021 are not comparable with the subsequent years.

Grading is not based on crime type alone but on threat, risk and harm and criteria such as offender on scene etc.
- For each grade of call, your force's fastest and slowest incident response times by year from 2019-2024.
The quickest and longest times are not monitored.
The longest times can be impacted by many influences such as the regrading of incidents and other circumstances.
