The Performance Analysis Department have provided the following information.

for the year 2024 - up until July 31st:

the number of domestic abuse offences recorded by police where the victim is male

Searches were completed on Niche for all domestic abuse flagged crimes within the required timeframe and filtered by gender of the victim.

the number of recorded domestic homicides where the victim is male

Data from the Homicide Annual Database was reviewed for all male victim homicide occurrences within the required timeframe that have a domestic abuse flag.

This resulted a nil return.
