The Central Ticket Office have provided the following information.
Dorset Police issue paper Traffic Offence Reports (TOR’s) or submit Digital Traffic Offence Reports (PRONTO) which result in HORT1, VDRS, education, conditional offer of fixed penalty or court.
The data therefore identifies the number of TORs / PRONTO processed at the Central Ticket Office where the outcome is one of education, conditional offer of fixed penalty or court.
I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information:
• The number of fines issued to drivers due to illegal tyres up to the last five calendar years
The number of fines issued to drivers due to bald tyres up to the last five calendar years
Or
The overall number of fines issued to drivers due to tyres up to the last five calendar years
