Honour-based abuse

The Performance & Analysis Department have provided the following information.

I have extracted from Niche all incidents where the finalisation class is recorded as Honour Based Violence, Forced Marriage or Female Genital Mutilation. The Finalisation class field indicated the type of HBA incident.

Please can you provide me with data on incidents of "honour-based" abuse (HBA) or "honour-based" violence (HBV) from 2010 onwards?

172 incidents of honour-based violence were reported from 01/01/2010 – 13/10/2023.

Please could you provide me with a breakdown of the incidents in categories on the types of offences, such as FGM, breast flattening etc?
