At what time of day was this highest speed recorded?

On which stretch of road was this highest speed recorded?

Of all the speeding offences recorded in your force area on roads with a 20mph limit, what was the highest speed recorded?

Of all the speeding offences recorded in your force area on roads with a 30mph limit, what was the highest speed recorded?
