Eviction of Squatters

I am seeking information on squatters or trespassers (those living in a property without permission) who have been evicted within your policing jurisdiction. Specifically, I am requesting the following information:

- The total number of squatters evicted within the jurisdiction from January 1, 2024, to the present date.

- If possible, a breakdown of these evictions by month and by the type of property (e.g., residential, commercial, or public properties).

- The number of evictions conducted under civil orders or were criminal prosecutions.

- Any available data on the average time taken to resolve each squatting incident (from the report of squatting to the eviction).

The Performance Analysis Department have provided the following information.

Searches were completed on Niche for Home Office codes 125/86 and 125/35.

This has resulted a nil return.
