The Central Ticket Office and Alliance Finance Department have provided the following information.
Q1) Are you a member of the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme?
No
Q2) Who is your Driver Awareness Course provider?
Dorset Police run their own courses.
Q3) How much does the Driver Awareness Course cost to attend?
£130.
Q4) When the course fee is paid, how is it then divided up? For example, does the constabulary keep it all, or does the course provider take a percentage?
The course is run by Dorset Police, independent of any third-party providers and consequently all fees go to Dorset Police.
Q5) Once costs recovery has been met, what happens to any resulting financial surplus from course fees?
All monies from course fees go towards the provision of striving to make roads safer for all users.
