The Performance & Analysis Department have provided the following information.
We searched the Niche database for all occurrences with a main crime group of violence against the person or sexual offences where the occupation of the suspect / victim is listed as ‘doorman’ or ‘security guard’.
Please Note: The figures do not indicate whether suspect or victim was working at the time of the offence, only what their occupation is recorded as.
How many crimes have been reported in the past five calendar years that were either sexual or physical in nature where the perpetrator had the job title of Security Guard, Door Staff, Bouncer or similar vocation?
Occupation of the suspect is listed as ‘doorman’ or ‘security guard’.
