For all crimes that fall under the Home Office offence group of stalking and harassment between January 1 2015 and December 31 2023, inclusive of both dates, please provide the number of crimes that include the keywords “deepfake”, “deep fake”, “artificial intelligence”, “AI” and “synthetic media” in the modus operandi report. Please also provide the dates of each of these incidents took place and an annual breakdown of how prevalent each of the keywords were. If you have a flag for online/cyber crimes, please tell me how many of these crimes were flagged as such.

Unknown offender gained access to victim;s computer after victim downloaded items from internet. Suspect sent email threatening to make deepfake video of victim and sent it to all his contacts, social media contact ane email contacts if vitim did not pay $1205. Victim reported to Action Fraud who passed it to police. Victim has not replied to numerous attempts to contact him from police. |
