Under the Freedom of Information Act, for the offence 'out of control dog causing injury' (008/21), how many times was a suspect identified for this offence more than once, for each year from 2018 – 2023?

The Performance Analysis Department have provided the following information.

Searches were completed on Niche for all offences between 01/01/2018 – 31/12/2023 with the HO Stats Code 008/21. Filters were added in for suspects and duplicates were counted.
